Društvo sa ograničenom odgovornošću "MyTurn" Podgorica, incorporated in accordance with the laws of Montenegro, with registered seat in Podgorici at the address: Bulevar Svetog Petra Cetinjskog 104, registration no. 51200505, TIN: 03624293 (hereinafter the "Owner" or "MyTurn") hereby adopts the following:

GENERAL TERMS OF USE AND CONTRACTING


The General Terms of Use and Contracting (hereinafter the "General Terms") apply to and govern the software solution – a mobile application/web platform, named "MyTurn Chore App" (hereinafter the "Application"), which is hosted on the domain www.myturn.me/en, including all associated websites.

The Application is owned by MyTurn.

The Application serves as a technological platform for managing household responsibilities and Tasks through gamification, tailored to the needs of families via electronic means. The aim of the Application is to enhance family organization and motivate children to complete household chores through interactive Tasks and Rewards, enabling efficient connection between (i) parents or other family members who manage Tasks and Rewards via the Application (hereinafter referred to as "Parents") and (ii) children who accept and complete Tasks, earning points and unlocking Rewards through the Application (hereinafter referred to as "Children") (hereinafter, Parents and Children are collectively referred to as "Application Users").

The core principles, goals, and functions of the Application (hereinafter the "Key Values") are:

  • promoting organized and happy family moments through the gamification of household tasks;
  • developing innovative solutions for managing household Tasks;
  • informing Parents about age-appropriate Tasks for Children;;
  • establishing a safe and secure environment for Application Users, including verification processes and data protection;
  • providing clear, comprehensive, and accurate information and data;
  • cultivating a sense of responsibility and cooperation among family members;
  • continuously improving the Application and introducing new features to enhance the user experience; and
  • offering timely and effective customer support to resolve any issues or concerns.

The responsibility and duty of the Application Owner are strictly limited to managing the Application, which facilitates communication between Parents and Children.

By accessing the Application and voluntarily creating a user account, all Application Users explicitly and unequivocally agree to these Terms of Use, including all its appendices. Any Application User who disagrees with the Terms of Use (including any subsequent amendments) is obliged to refrain from using the Application.

These General Terms are prepared and shall be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations in Montenegro (hereinafter the "Applicable Laws").


1. DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATIONS

1.1 Definitions

1.1.1 In the General Terms, as well as all appendixes thereto, terms and expressions marked with initial capital letters have the following meanings:

1.1.1.1. "Applicable Laws" means the applicable laws in Montenegro.

1.1.1.2. "Application" means the software solution - a mobile application/web platform - under the name "MyTurn Household Chores."

1.1.1.3. "Application Users" collectively refers to Parents and Children.

1.1.1.4. "Child" means a child who, through the Application, accepts and completes Tasks, earning points and unlocking Rewards.

1.1.1.5. "Communication Channel" means any communication channel between the Owner and the Application Users, provided by the Owner and detailed in these Terms of Use.

1.1.1.6. "Cookie Policy" means the cookie policy published by the Owner and applicable to the Application.

1.1.1.7. "Core Values" means the fundamental values, goals, and objectives of the Application, as outlined in these Terms of Use.

1.1.1.8. "Data Protection Act" means the Montenegrin Personal Data Protection Act ("Official Gazette of Montenegro", nos. 79/2008, 70/2009, 44/2012, and 22/2017).

1.1.1.9. "Intellectual Property" means intellectual and industrial property and any and all forms of protection that have equivalent or similar effects anywhere in the world, as recognized under the laws of all countries and jurisdictions, whether registered or unregistered, including applications for registration and certification of any such rights, including but not limited to: (i) trademarks and trade names; (ii) domain names; (iii) patents; (iv) copyrights and related rights, as well as the transfer of any moral rights (including any registration or application for registration for these purposes); (v) industrial property designs and integrated circuit topographies (including any such registration or application for registration); (vi) trade secrets and confidential technical or business information; (vii) software (including any source code, object code, updates, and associated documentation, user guides, and/or manuals, and copyrights); (viii) technology; (ix) know-how; and (x) data rights, database rights, registered designs, and design rights.

1.1.1.10. "Owner" or "MyTurn" means the owner of the Application, namely the limited liability company "MyTurn" DOO Podgorica.

1.1.1.11. "Parent" means the role of a mother, father, or other family member within the Application who manages Tasks and Rewards via the Application.

1.1.1.12. "Privacy Policy" means the privacy policy published by the Owner and applicable to the Application.

1.1.1.13. "Promotion" means any promotional code, discount, or promotion that the Owner, at its sole discretion, decides to offer to Application Users.

1.1.1.14. "Prohibited Content" means any unlawful, inappropriate, or offensive content published on the Application that is contrary to the Core Values, Terms of Use, or Applicable Laws.

1.1.1.15. "Registration" means the registration of an Application User on the Application.

1.1.1.16. "Registration Form" means the online form for Registration on the Application, accessible after the language selection screen and introductory screens about the Application, immediately after opening the Application.

1.1.1.17. "Rewards" are tangible items or recognitions created by Parents through the Application and awarded to Children after they accumulate sufficient points by completing Tasks. These Rewards serve as motivation for Children to engage in Task completion within the Application.

1.1.1.18. "Tasks" are specific activities or responsibilities set by Parents for Children through the Application, which the Children are expected to complete. Tasks may include household chores, educational activities, or other obligations and are defined through parameters such as name, description of execution steps, deadline, and required validation.

1.1.1.19. "Terms of Use" means these Terms of Use and Contracting.

1.1.1.20. "User Account" means the account or profile created by Application Users on the Application.

1.2 Interpretation

1.2.1 In the General Terms, as well as all attachments thereto, unless otherwise expressly stated:

1.2.1.1. references to a "third party" shall be construed to include any party other than the Owner or the Application User.

1.2.1.2. references to "suspending the User Account" mean temporarily or permanently disabling access to the User Account by the Owner.

1.2.1.3. references to "cancellation of the User Account" mean permanently deleting or removing the User Account from the Application.

1.2.1.4. references to the General Terms include all appendixes thereto.

1.2.1.5. the use of any gender includes other genders, and the use of the plural includes the use of the singular and vice versa, unless the context requires otherwise.

1.2.1.6. the titles of sections, provisions, and appendixes exist solely for the purpose of clarity and do not affect the interpretation of the General Terms.

2. ACCESS TO THE APPLICATION AND USER REGISTRATION

2.1 Basic Conditions for Registration

2.1.1 Each Application User must, at the time of registration and throughout the use of the Application, cumulatively meet the following conditions:

  • The Application User must accurately, truthfully, and completely fill in all required fields when completing the Registration Form.
  • The Application User must provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information when completing the Registration Form, including their first and last name, date of birth, gender, email address, and country of origin.
  • The Application User must carefully and thoroughly read the General Terms, as agreeing to and accepting them is an essential part of the Registration process.
  • The Application User must agree to the General Terms, including the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
2.1.2 The Owner reserves the right to suspend or cancel the User Account if, at any time, the Owner becomes aware that the Application User has ceased to meet any of the basic conditions for Registration.

2.2 Creating a User Account

2.2.1 Each Application User may have only one User Account.

2.2.2 An Application User registers on the Application by creating a unique User Account through the completion of the Registration Form available on the Application.

2.2.3 The Application User guarantees that all information regarding their identity and capacity, as provided in the Registration Form, is truthful, accurate, complete, and not misleading.

If the Application User provides any false, inaccurate, or incomplete information, or if the Owner has reasonable grounds to doubt the truthfulness, accuracy, completeness, or integrity of such information, the Owner may deny the Application User immediate or future access to and use of the Application or any of its content and/or services.

2.2.4 Parents, as Application Users, must select an appropriate password for the email address they wish to use during Registration, while for Children, they must select a username and password. The username and password are strictly confidential, personal, and non-transferable.

2.2.5 After completing the Registration Form on the Application, the Owner will send the Application User a verification code to the email address linked to the User Account. The Application User must enter this code into the Application to confirm Registration. Registration is deemed successfully completed when the Application User enters the verification code and thereby confirms their Registration.

2.2.6 Upon the successful completion of the Registration process, all Application Users can access their User Accounts, further populate, and modify them in accordance with their preferences, the technical capabilities of the Application, and the General Terms.

2.3 General Obligations and Responsibilities

2.3.1 Security and Safety of the User Account

2.3.1.1. The Owner does not guarantee the security and safety of User Accounts.

2.3.1.2. The Owner recommends that Application Users take all necessary precautions to secure their User Accounts, including, but not limited to, choosing a username and password that have not been used for login on other platforms.

2.3.2 Unauthorized Access to the User Account by Third Parties

2.3.2.1. The Application User undertakes not to allow third parties to access their User Account and not to directly or indirectly disclose any details about their User Account to third parties.

Application Users are solely responsible for any misuse of the Application and/or information and data available on their User Account resulting from a breach of the aforementioned provision of the General Terms.

2.3.2.2. The Owner does not guarantee the identity of registered Application Users and is therefore not responsible for identity misuse of any registered Application User by unregistered third parties and/or other Application Users.

The Application User undertakes to immediately notify the Owner in writing and via Communication Channels in case of suspected theft, disclosure, or loss of their account data.

Upon receiving such notification under the General Terms, the Owner will take reasonable measures to further protect the User Account, which may include suspending or canceling the User Account.

2.3.3 The content on the User Account

2.3.3.1. The Application User is the sole owner of the content they upload to their User Account.

2.3.3.2. The Owner has no editorial responsibility, meaning it is not obligated to verify or otherwise control the content that Application Users input into their User Account.

2.3.3.3. Regardless of the foregoing, the Owner reserves the right to remove any Unauthorised Content at its discretion without the need for prior warning or subsequent notification.

2.3.4 Misuse of the Application by Application Users

2.3.4.1. The Application User must not use the User Account and/or other content on the Application (1) for unlawful purposes; (2) in violation of Applicable Laws and/or the General Terms; (3) in a manner that causes harm to the Owner, other Application Users, or third parties; or (4) in a manner that disrupts the functioning of the Application or damages its reputation.

2.3.4.2. The Application User who violates the above-mentioned obligations is responsible for any loss or damage caused. The Owner is not liable, nor will it accept, any responsibility for any consequences, loss, or damage that may arise from such unlawful use or third-party access to the Application.

2.3.4.3. Application Users are particularly, but not limited to, obligated to refrain from:

  • altering or modifying the Application, in whole or in part, by bypassing, disabling, or otherwise accessing its functions or services without authorization;
  • violating any Intellectual Property rights under Applicable Laws;
  • breaching any personal data rights under Applicable Laws;
  • using the Application to insult, defame, intimidate, or harass the Owner, its employees and collaborators, other Application Users, or third parties;
  • introducing computer viruses, corrupted files, or any other software that could harm or alter the Owner's content or systems, Application Users, or third parties;
  • engaging in any act or omission that could cause harm to the Owner, the Application, other Application Users, and/or third parties.

2.3.5 Reporting Misuse of the Application by Application Users

2.3.5.1. Each Application User may, in writing and through the Communication Channels, report another Application User if they believe they are violating the General Terms.

2.3.5.2. The Owner will act upon the report and investigate the allegations as soon as possible.

2.3.5.3. The Owner will take all steps deemed appropriate, retaining the right to suspend and/or cancel any User Account due to violations of the General Terms.

2.4 Suspending and Cancelling User Accounts

2.4.1 Application Users may voluntarily withdraw from the Application at any time by deleting their User Account using the "Delete Account" section of the Application.

2.4.2 The Owner reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate any User Account in all cases provided for by the General Terms.

3. CONTRACTING AND PROVISION OF SERVICES

The Application, as a multi-category technological platform, supports the following modules available to the Application Users:


3.1 Module for Parents

The Parent Module allows the creation of Tasks and Rewards, as well as the checking of Tasks and tracking the progress of Children through the App.

3.1.1 Task Creation

3.1.1.1. Task Creation involves creating tasks for Children by entering the following parameters: (i) Task name; (ii) defining the location or room where the Child should complete the Task; (iii) Task description; (iv) list of steps for completing the Task; (v) Task image; (vi) number of repetitions of the Task; (vii) points to be awarded to the Child upon successful completion of the Task; (viii) deadline for completing the Task; (ix) selecting the option of whether the Parent requires validation via image; (x) selecting the option of whether the Parent wants to assist the Children in completing the Task; (xi) selecting the consequences if the Child does not complete the Task; and (xii) creating an encouragement message for the Child.

3.1.1.2. Parents have the option of selecting predefined Tasks that are age-appropriate for their Children and available within the App. In the case of selecting predefined Tasks, certain parameters such as: room, points, and list of steps for completing the Tasks will also be predetermined. Parents have the option to modify all proposed and predefined parameters.

3.1.1.3. Parents are responsible for making the final decision about the appropriateness of the Tasks proposed in the App in relation to the abilities and needs of their Children. The Owner is relieved of any responsibility for potential risks or inappropriateness of Tasks created by Parents.

3.1.2 Reward Creation

3.1.2.1. Reward Creation involves creating Rewards for Children by entering the following parameters: (i) Reward name; (ii) Reward description; (iii) Reward image; (iv) Reward value; (v) points required to obtain the Reward; (vi) selecting the Children for whom the Reward is intended; (vii) encouragement message for the Child after winning the Reward.

3.1.2.2. Parents have the option of selecting predefined Rewards available within the App. In the case of selecting predefined Rewards, certain parameters such as: reward value, points, and reward image will also be predetermined. Parents have the option to modify all proposed and predefined parameters.

3.1.2.3. The Owner is in no way responsible for providing Rewards created in the App to Children.

3.1.3 Task Verification

3.1.3.1. Parents have the option to check whether the Task was completed correctly, and can decide whether to accept or reject the completion if they believe the Task was not performed adequately.

3.1.3.2. By accepting the correctness of the Task, Parents can send an encouragement message to the Children to motivate them to continue their efforts. If Parents accept the correctness of the Task, Children automatically receive the number of points defined by the Parents when creating the Task.

3.1.3.3. In the case of rejecting the correctness of the Task, Parents have the right to point out what was correct, indicate areas for improvement, and send an encouragement message to motivate the Children to complete the Task again.

3.1.4 Tracking Children's Progress

3.1.4.1. Parents have the option to track their Children's progress through the App in a calendar view of their activities. Days on which Children completed less than 30% of the assigned Tasks are marked in red, between 30% and 70% in yellow, and days when Children completed over 70% of the assigned Tasks for a given day are marked in green.

3.1.5 Parental Responsibility

3.1.5.1. Parents are required to ensure that the descriptions and photos they post on the App when creating Tasks and Rewards:

  • do not violate intellectual property regulations in accordance with Applicable Laws;
  • do not contain computer viruses, corrupted files, or any other software that may affect the operation of the App; and
  • do not violate personal rights regulations in accordance with Applicable Laws.
3.1.5.2. Parents are responsible for ensuring that Tasks and Rewards created through the App are appropriate and safe for their Children. The Owner does not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of predefined Tasks and Rewards, and is relieved of any responsibility arising from the use of the App. The Owner is not a party to the agreement between Parents and Children regarding Tasks and Rewards created through the App.

3.1.6 Modifications to the Parent Module

3.1.6.2. The App Owner reserves the right to modify or update the functionalities of the Parent Module at any time, with prior notification to the App User.

3.2 Module for Children

The Children’s Module within the App allows for the review and execution of Tasks, earning points, allocating points to Rewards, suggesting Rewards, and requesting Tasks. This module is designed to be intuitive and motivating, with the goal of helping Children easily understand their responsibilities and encouraging them to complete them.

3.2.1 Review and Execution of Tasks

3.2.1.1. Children can view all Tasks assigned to them through the App. Tasks are displayed with stars on a drawing of a house that indicate how many points a particular Task carries and in which room it is located. By clicking on the stars, Children can see the Task details with all relevant information such as: (i) Task name; (ii) Task description; (iii) list of steps for completing the Task; (iv) points; (v) deadline for completing the Task; and (vi) consequences if the Task is not completed.

3.2.1.2. Children complete Tasks according to the instructions given. If the Parent requires validation via image, the Child must upload an image of the completed Task as proof of its execution.

3.2.1.3. Images of completed Tasks will be forwarded to the Parents for verification and will be immediately deleted from the server after the Task is either accepted or rejected by the Parents.

3.2.2 Earning Points and Allocating Points to Rewards

3.2.2.1. After completing a Task, Children wait for Parents to verify and validate the Task. If the Task is accepted, Children receive the points defined by the Parents when creating the Task. If the Task is rejected, Children will receive feedback on what was done correctly, areas requiring improvement, and an encouragement message to motivate them to redo the Task.

3.2.2.2. Children have the option to review available Rewards and the number of points required to obtain them, and can allocate a certain number of points to the Rewards they want to earn first. Once they collect enough points, they can request the Reward, which will then be provided by the Parents.

3.2.3 Suggesting Rewards and Requesting Tasks

3.2.3.1. Through the App, Children can send suggestions for specific Rewards they wish to earn to the Parents, which must be approved by the Parents before they appear on the Rewards screen.

3.2.3.2. Through the App, if no Task has been assigned, Children can send requests for new Tasks to the Parents.

3.2.4 Responsibility for Using the App

3.2.4.1. Children must use the App in accordance with the instructions from the Parents and must follow the rules and guidelines set by the Parents. Parents are responsible for supervising the use of the App by the Children.

3.2.5 Modifications to the Children’s Module

3.2.5.1. The App Owner reserves the right to modify or update the functionalities of the Children’s Module at any time, with prior notification to the Parents.

4. FEES, PRICES, AND PAYMENTS

4.1 Registration Fee for the App

4.1.1 App Users can register for free on the App.

4.1.2 The Owner reserves the right to modify the terms for registration on the App at any time, including the price for creating and maintaining a User Account, and is obligated to notify App Users in writing in accordance with the Applicable Regulations.

5. MODERATION AND/OR MODIFICATION OF PUBLISHED CONTENT

5.1 Unauthorised Content

5.1.1 The Owner reserves the right to suspend or cancel the User Account of certain Application Users, as well as to remove certain types of content, using appropriate technological tools, if it becomes aware or there are indications that the activities of the Application Users or the information and content posted on the Application represent Unauthorised Content.

5.1.2 The Owner may, at its discretion, implement any filters deemed necessary or advisable to prevent the use of the Application for posting Unauthorised Content.

5.2 Reporting Unauthorised Content

5.2.1 Any Application User or third party may contact the Owner via Communication Channels to report the presence of Unauthorised Content on the Application.

5.2.2 The Owner will examine each received report, provided that it includes a sufficiently substantiated explanation of the reasons why the information is alleged to constitute Prohibited Content.

5.2.3 The Owner may, at its own discretion, take all appropriate measures it deems necessary to act upon the report.

6. RESPONSIBILITIES AND GUARANTEES

6.1 Responsibilities and Guarantees regarding the Application

6.1.1 The Application Users are responsible for possessing the necessary conditions and equipment for accessing the internet and using the Application.

The Application Users may report to the Owner any problems or difficulties in accessing the Application via the Communication Channels.

In the event of the provision above, the Owner will direct the Application User to an appropriate mechanism for resolving the issue as soon as possible.

6.1.2 The Owner does not guarantee the absence of errors or interruptions when accessing the Application or its content, nor that it will always be updated.

Therefore, the Owner is not responsible for any interruptions in the operation of the Application, connection errors, unavailability or malfunctions, internet outages, or for any other events that are beyond its control.

Regardless of the above, the Owner will, except in circumstances that make it difficult or impossible, take all necessary steps to correct such errors, restore communication, and update content as soon as it becomes aware of errors, connection interruptions, or outdated content.

6.1.3 The Owner does not accept any responsibility for any security errors that may arise or for any damage that may be caused to the computer system (hardware and software) or mobile phone of the Application User, or to files or documents stored therein, as a result of:

  • the presence of viruses in the computer system or mobile phone of the Application User, used to connect to the content and Services of the Application;
  • failure of the browser; and
  • use of outdated versions of computer systems or mobile phones.

6.2 Responsibilities and Obligations Regarding the Content Published on the Application

6.2.1 The Owner does not carry out regular control and is not responsible for the content that Application Users post via the Application. Application Users are solely responsible for the legality, permissibility, and acceptability of such content.

The Owner does not conduct regular monitoring and is not responsible for how Application Users use the Application. Therefore, the Owner does not guarantee that Application Users use the Application in accordance with the General Terms or in a diligent and/or cautious manner and in accordance with Applicable Laws.

Furthermore, the Owner does not verify and is not obligated to verify the identity of the Application Users, including the truthfulness, validity, completeness, and/or authenticity of the data they have provided.

6.2.2 By using the Application, the Application Users accept that all claims and actions they wish to initiate for legal liability arising from the actions or omissions of other Application Users or third parties will be limited to such Application Users or third parties, and that they will not take any claims and actions against the Owner.

6.3 Responsibilities and Obligations Regarding Services

6.3.1 Parents are solely responsible for monitoring and managing the way in which Children use the App, including, but not limited to, overseeing how Tasks are performed and activities are carried out. Parents are also responsible for the organization, coordination, and quality of the Tasks that Children take on and complete through the App.

Accordingly, App Users release the Owner from any liability that may arise from the availability, organization, execution, or implementation of Tasks, as well as from the selection and allocation of Rewards.

7. UPDATES AND CHANGES TO THE APPLICATION

7.1 Updates of the Application

7.1.1 The Owner reserves the right to update, supplement, or delete information contained in the Application at any time and without prior notice, unless prior or subsequent notice is required by Applicable Laws.

7.1.2 The Owner reserves the right to update, modify, or supplement the appearance, presentation, access conditions, as well as all other technical and software solutions related to the Application at its own discretion.

7.2 Updating Documents of Importance for the Application Operation

7.2.1 The Owner reserves the right to amend the General Terms, Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, and all other documentation relevant to the operation of the Application at any time.

7.2.2 The Owner will notify all Application Users of any changes and additions, in the manner prescribed by the Applicable Laws.

7.2.3 Each Application User has the right to discontinue the use of the Application in the event of changes to the General Terms, Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, or other documentation significant for the operation of the Application. However, if an Application User continues to use the Application after becoming aware or could have become aware of the changes in the documentation significant for the operation of the Application, it shall be deemed that they have fully accepted the changes.

8. INTELECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

8.1 Intellectual Property Related to Application

8.1.1 The Owner is the owner or licensee of all Intellectual Property rights related to the software and the Application.

Intellectual Property rights, as well as text, images, graphic design, navigational structure, information, and content contained therein, belong to the Owner, who has the exclusive right to exploit its rights in any way, particularly the right to reproduce, distribute, publish, and transform, in accordance with Applicable laws.

8.1.2 The authorisation of the Application access by the Application Users does not imply waiver, transfer, licensing, or full or partial assignment of any Intellectual Property rights by the Owner.

It is forbidden to delete, bypass or in any way change the content of the Application. In addition, modifying, copying, reusing, exploiting, reproducing, publishing, making a second or subsequent edition, uploading files, mailing, transmitting, using, processing or distributing in any way all or some of the content included in the Application for public or commercial purposes are also prohibited, except with the express written authorization of the Owner or, where applicable, with the authorization of the owner of the rights in question.

8.1.3 The Owner reserves the right to suspend or block the User Account of any Application User who is suspected of abusing or intending to misuse the Owner's Intellectual Property, including, but not limited to, taking actions that create a significant load on the operation of the App, etc.

8.2 Other Intellectual Property Rights

8.2.1 The content posted on the Application or on behalf of any third party, including but not limited to the Users of the Application, remains their exclusive property, given that those persons are fully responsible for any damage, claim and/or liability that may arise directly or indirectly from content posted by them and/or posted on their behalf.

8.2.2 By registering for the Application and agreeing to the General Terms, the User of the Application grants the Owner, in relation to the content he can provide, a global, irrevocable and transferable license, free of charge, with the right to sublicense, use , copy, modify, create derivative works, distribute, publish and exploit in any way that the Owner deems appropriate, with or without further communication with the User of the Application and without payment of any sums for such use. All of the foregoing shall be construed as granting the said rights only to the maximum extent permitted under the Applicable Laws.

9. USER SUPPORT AND COMMUNICATION CHANNELS

9.1 Communication Channels

9.1.1 The Application Users can communicate with the Owner through the following communication channels:

  • via email address contact@myturn.me; and
  • by clicking on the "Contact Us" option in the App.

9.2 Communication Between App Users

9.2.1 The Owner may facilitate communication between Parents and Children, but this in no way implies or constitutes the assumption of responsibility for the content of messages, Tasks, the manner of their execution, or the outcomes arising from such Tasks.

9.2.2 The Owner does not guarantee that any Application User will read a message or act in accordance with a request, as the assignment and execution of Tasks are at the sole discretion of the App User.

10. OTHER

10.1 Severability of Provisions of the General Terms

10.1.1 The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of the General Terms shall not affect the validity or applicability of the General Terms as a whole.

10.1.2 The Owner shall replace the void or unenforceable provision of the General Terms with a correct and valid provision, bearing in mind the effect economically most similar to the invalid provision.

10.2 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

10.2.1 The relationship between the Owner and the Application User is regulated and interpreted in accordance with the General Terms and the laws of Montenegro.

10.2.2 Any dispute between the Owner and the Application User will be resolved before the competent court in Montenegro.
